About Me

Anne Schlaegel is a pastry chef and baker extraordinaire that has brought joy to all occasions through the years with her homemade baked goods.

Johnstown born and raised Anne has been baking since she was old enough to stand on a stool at the kitchen counters of her grandma, mom, and aunt. Anne graduated from Johnstown-Monroe high school in 1998. In 2002 she graduated from The Ohio State University with a bachelors of science in hospitality management and a minor in business.

Anne has been baking, creating, and refining her baking skills ever since! She has been a pastry chef for The New Albany Country Club, Denison University, Milo’s Catering, and The Granville Bread Company as well as an artisan baker for Market District. Anne has a passion for creating cakes, cookies, pies, pastries, and baked goods from the highest quality ingredients. She has a creative flair and enjoys leaving her style on each creation.

Her true joy comes from her faith and in loving her son Winston and step daughter Bryanna. A space to create her own pastry creations in her hometown, for old friends and new, is a dream come true.
